Club Xtreme looks forward to another great season with Weber State Womens Volleyball Head Coach, Al Givens as Technical and Coaching Director for the Club. We also welcome Scott (Scooter) Kiester as Club Manager and Coach.

We play Volleyball because we love the game. We will never lose that love. However, at Xtreme Club Volleyball, the game has great meaning to us for specific reasons...

• We are grateful to those whom through their sacrifice have made it possible.
• We seek opportunities through Volleyball to positively affect the lives of others.
• We will enter every contest and dare greatly, sharing our successes and learning from our failures. We will grow as people through our experiences.
• We will work hard and sacrifice much for the success of our teammates, our friends.

For these reasons we will play with great passion, never allowing lack of effort to guide our path. We will play with no fear and when necessary, with super human strength to defend that which has great meaning to us.

We will do for others that which we won't do for ourselves. We will pick each other up when we fall. We will sacrifice our personal interest for the good of the team.
